If you are not completely satisfied with your Professor Toto Language Full Kit, you may return it within 30 days of ordering it for full refund (except shipping and handling). Only the Multimedia Kit is returnable, not traditional CDs. To ensure full credit, please follow these guidelines:

(1) Call or email the Professor Toto Customer Service at +1 877.444.9595 to register your return.
(2) Pack your kit carefully to avoid damage and send it by UPS Ground or another trackable method within 30 days of your original order to:

Kits must be returned in complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition to avoid adjustment for missing or damaged pieces (no adjustment made for missing shrink wrap).

IMPORTANT: Do not return your kit to the shipping address shown on your original order. All returns must be made to the address above.
