Professor Toto was developed by pioneering children's language acquisition specialist and educator François Thibaut in his own Language Workshop for Children classrooms. The Professor's animated DVD teaches a new language with emotionally stimulating and colorful characters, humor, and child-relevant subjects.  And the Professor’s sing-along melodies and child-friendly situations help students build an inventory of foreign words, meanings, and pronunciation. Professor Toto knows that students really pay attention and learn significantly more when the content they see and hear makes them laugh.

SCHOOLS & TEACHERS:  We recommend Professor Toto’s Full Multi-Media Kit.  As students watch, laugh, respond and sing-along, they absorb the vocabulary and grammar they need to build language fluency, so use your Professor Toto DVDs, CDs and booklets to create your own level-appropriate lessons!

LIBRARIES:  We recommend Professor Toto’s Watch & Learn DVD Starter Kits.  Each kit contains either Professor Toto’s Part 1 or Part 2 DVD animation, a full script in both the Target Language and English, and a Learning Guide.  

Each Professor Toto kit contains hours of educational value. But since we know children have short attention spans, the content was developed to be used in short, start and stop, five-minute Toto-time lessons such as watching and responding to parts of the DVDs, listening to Eric's Day while coloring the corresponding story
